This Content Creation Policy applies to GIBO services (the “Platform”), which include all apps, websites, software, and related services accessed via any platform or device that are linked to this Content Creation Policy. The Platform is provided and controlled by Global IBO AI Technology Ltd. (“GIBO”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

This Content Creation Policy is designed to keep our community of creators, viewers, and advertisers protected, and to encourage creators to take responsibility for their part in this effort. These guidelines are designed to protect the community from harmful content, harassment, and spam, and are regularly updated in consultation with external experts and GIBO creators.

·    Gets clicks, views, or traffic off the Platform by promising viewers that they will make quick money.

·    Sends audiences to sites that spread harmful software, try to gather personal information, or other sites that have negative impacts.

Misleading thumbnails or metadata

Using the title, thumbnails, or descriptions to trick users into believing the content is something it is not what it is.

Incentivization spam

Content that sells engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, or any other metric on the Platform. This type of spam can also include content where the only purpose is to boost subscribers, views, or other metrics.

GIBO allows certain content that might otherwise violate guidelines if it offers compelling reasons and context for viewers. This is known as the EDSA exception, and we evaluate such content based on the following factors:

  1. Copyright and Intellectual Property: GIBO’s policies include respecting copyright and intellectual property laws. Creators are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate copyright laws and are encouraged to understand fair use and copyright management tools. Please keep in mind that:
  • Sometimes you can use someone else’s content without infringing their copyright, such as in cases of fair use. You can also use someone else’s content when you have permission from them.
  • If you upload a video that contains someone else’s work, your video could also get removed due to a copyright takedown request.
  • If your copyright-protected content was posted on the Platform without your permission, you can submit a copyright removal request.
  • GIBO does not decide copyright ownership or mediate ownership disputes.

  1. Enforcement and Compliance: GIBO uses a combination of human reviewers and machine learning to enforce its policies. The platform also allows the community to flag content they find inappropriate. GIBO’s approach to enforcement includes age-restricting content that may not be suitable for viewers under 18 years of age.
  2. Data Privacy and Security: Protecting user data and privacy is a priority for GIBO. The platform has policies and practices in place to maintain user privacy and safeguard copyrighted content.
